什么是第九条?
第九条 of the Education Amendments of 1972 (20 U.S.C. § 1681) is an all-encompassing federal law that prohibits discrimination 以性别为基础 of students and employees of 教育al institutions that receive federal financial assistance.

What is covered by 第九条?
In compliance with 第九条, 明尼苏达州 Community and Technical College and the 明尼苏达州 system of colleges and universities prohibit discrimination in all 教育al programs and activities 以性别为基础.
Programs under 第九条 at M State include academic programs, 招生, 招聘, 金融援助, 学生接触和生活, 体育运动, fine arts and employment (this list is not exhaustive). 第九条 is frequently thought of as a law that applies only to athletic programs, 但它的范围要广泛得多. 第九条 applies to all 教育al programs and activities at M State.
Pregnancy, 分娩 and 母乳喂养
M State does not discriminate against any student on the basis of pregnancy or related conditions. The college will provide reasonable and appropriate adjustments and flexibility, 要求, to students based on their documented pregnancy-related circumstances. Such circumstances may include pregnancy, complications arising from pregnancy, 分娩, 母乳喂养, 假怀孕, 流产, termination of pregnancy or recovery.
